“What was really interesting and beneficial was the openness of the session which Colin facilitated.  There were some good frank admissions and some levels of self awareness revealed based on the questioning by Colin and the results of the DISC profile. Colin also gave me some extra ideas around what **** best responds to (while he was there) and how to get the best from him.

**** was also able to discuss scenarios he had in the branch with specific staff and was coached by Colin around how he might improve those situations.  All in all it was an excellent session and I will be looking to use Colin again

“Colin was responsible for the organisation of our group development at our 2011 Conference (Colin ran a session on values), then some 1 on 1 coaching with me in regards to following up on execution/implementation plans re 'value' commitments we made to each other at the conference - without this I'd be lost. He also provided me with 1 on 1 coaching on other areas that have high impact on my business (in particular people performance) and upskilling myself in the coaching area which I am now trying to pass onto others.
